There are two simple steps to install the S3 Client Extension:
- Install and activate the Easy Migrator plugin from the Plugins section of your WordPress dashboard.
- Upload and activate the extension we sent you via email in the Plugins section of your WordPress dashboard.
Step 1: Install the Free Easy Migrator Plugin
(You may skip this step if the plugin is already installed.)
- Open your WordPress admin panel in a Google Chrome browser (e.g., yourwebsite.com/wp-admin).
- Log in using your username and password.
- Go to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
- Go to the Plugins menu and click Add New.
- In the search bar, type “Easy Migrator” and press Enter.
- Click Install Now next to the Easy Migrator plugin.
- Once installed, click Activate Plugin.
- You will see a confirmation message: “Plugin activated.” The plugin will now appear in your plugins list.
Step 2: Install the Easy Migrator S3 Client Extension
- Download the S3 Client Extension from the link provided in your purchase confirmation email.
- In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New.
- Click Upload Plugin.
- Click Choose File and locate the downloaded file:
all-in-one-wp-migration-s3-extension.zip.
- Select the file and click Open.
- Once installed, click Activate Plugin.
- You will see a confirmation message: “Plugin activated.” The extension will now appear in your plugins list.
Congratulations! You have successfully installed the S3 Client Extension and can now use it to migrate and back up your website.
