You might notice that after restoring a backup containing the Oxygen Builder plugin with Easy Migrator, your website content may not display correctly. This is a common issue specific to Oxygen Builder. This guide will walk you through the steps to resolve it.
In your WordPress dashboard, locate Oxygen in the admin menu. From there, select the “Settings” option.
Navigate to the Security tab and click the button to “Sign All Shortcodes”.
On the next page, first confirm that you have a complete backup of the site. Then, select the post types you want to resign shortcodes for.
Typically, you only need to select Pages or Posts, as these are the content types most affected by migrations and other actions that can cause structural problems on an Oxygen-built site.
Click to start the shortcode signing process. You will see a log displaying all the posts that have had their shortcodes resigned.
Once the process is complete, view your website’s front end. The issue should now be resolved.
